Cubotónic stores identifiable personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which regulates the protection of personal data with regard to its processing and free circulation. Concerned with security and respect for the privacy of personal data obtained from its Employees, Clients, Suppliers, Partners, and the general Public, Cubotónic determines that data processing must comply with a set of principles:

a) To determine, prior to data collection, the purposes for which such data will be used;

b) To identify the data subjects (personal and non-personal) and define their respective interests and rights;

c) To obtain the data subject’s authorization for its use, especially when it involves personal data, or when such data may be used for the provision of goods and services even free of charge or for analysis and behavior monitoring purposes;

d) To provide data subjects with information about the specific purposes of their data use, as well as its interruption, storage, or deletion;

e) To interrupt data processing when the purposes for which the data was collected have been fulfilled or when requested by its subjects;

f) To delete the data when it is no longer being used, at the request of its subjects, in compliance with applicable legal and/or tax obligations. These principles apply to data collected directly (personal and telephone contacts) or indirectly (postal correspondence, website, and social networks), in both verbal and/or written forms (registration/information forms, postal mail, advertising, emails, among others).
