We are a family-owned company founded in 2007. Guided by our values, we established ourselves in the industrial hub of Mafra, where our headquarters are located. Since the beginning, our journey has been defined by steady growth and the continuous specialization of our team.

From the very start, we have been dedicated to developing tailor-made products from the ground up, according to our clients’ vision. We are an outsourcing partner for companies across multiple sectors, including industry, logistics and distribution, energy, mobility, telecommunications and networks, banking, furniture, road transport, and advertising, among others.
Today, thanks to the joint effort of an exceptional team, we are present in several markets and continuously expanding our international presence. From our headquarters in Venda do Pinheiro, Portugal (since 2017), we have reached countries such as Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Germany, the United States, and Mexico.

Foundation of CubotĂłnic
CubotĂłnic was founded in 2007 to continue a small family business.

2010
New Facilities
Our development led to consolidation within the Mafra industrial hub, where we acquired a 1,300 m² facility.
Engineering Office
Created in 2010, this department focuses on 3D project development. As a result of a constant investment in R&D, it has optimized production processes by reducing testing times and accelerating product development.

2011
First Laser Cutting Machine
We acquired our first laser cutting machine, ensuring high-quality cutting at a lower cost through a fast process with minimal material deformation.

2014
Expansion of Facilities
In response to continuous growth, we expanded our headquarters to a total area of 3,000 m².
Powder Coating Line
In the same year, we implemented our powder coating line, a coating system that ensures a uniform finish and high-quality protection standards — granting us internal autonomy in this production phase.

Second Laser Cutting Machine
Aiming to increase our production capacity, we acquired a second laser cutting machine.
Panel Bender
We added a panel bender to our machinery, enabling bending, shaping, and forming of metal sheets without damaging the material — used in various manufacturing processes.
SEGIN Software Implementation
We implemented SEGIN Software, allowing the digitalization of the entire factory — providing real-time monitoring, production planning, and performance analysis tools.

New Headquarters
Cubotónic moved to Venda do Pinheiro to accommodate our growing business volume. The new facility doubled the previous area, totaling 6,000 m².

ISO 9001 Certification
As part of our commitment to professional management, we achieved ISO 9001 Certification, validating the excellence of our Quality Management System.

First Robotic Press Brake
We took another step towards industrial modernization with the acquisition of our first robotized press brake.
Solar Panels
The installation of solar panels reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, promoting renewable and clean energy use.

Expansion of Powder Coating Line with Robotic Cabin
We increased our powder coating line capacity by 60%, achieving greater efficiency and improved quality control.

Expansion of Facilities
Construction of a new 1,200 m² building to expand the welding, assembly, and dispatch areas — bringing total area to 7,200 m², improving production flow.

Foam Injection Machine
We implemented a new sealing system through a foam injection machine, used to mix and dose chemical components for foam creation and injection into specific structures.

10KW Laser Cutting Machine
The acquisition of a 10KW laser cutting machine increased energy efficiency, reduced gas consumption, and tripled our section’s cutting capacity.
